Criteria
Selection of
candidates is based on the following stages:
Stage 1: Shortlisting
- Candidates who have a work experience
of less than 20 months as on March 31 of admission are shortlisted
based on past academic record and a valid score of CAT/ XAT/ GMAT exam.

- Candidates who have work experience

Stage 2: Admission
Process
The shortlisted
candidates must further participate in English Proficiency Test (EPT),
Moderated Group Discussions (MGD) and PI. Those who will perform good in these
rounds will be selected for admission.
1. EPT: English proficiency includes the listening, writing,
and reading skills of the applicant.
2. MGD: Moderated Group Discussion evaluates applicant’s skills
in Problem Solving, Confidence and Assertiveness, Persuasion, Collaboration and
Communication. Topics for MGD are based on current affairs/ issues debated in
the last five years.
3. PI: Personal Interview evaluates applicant’s ability in
terms of Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Leadership, and
Communication.
