The Post Graduate Program in Energy Management (PGP-EM) is a 15-month
long executive graduate program at MDI that prepare visionary leaders for the

MDI Gurgaon PGDM Eligibility Criteria
MDI provides PGDM admission in General Management, Human Resources Management and International Business(dual degree program with ESCP Europe). The course duration is 2 years.
For PGDM & PGDM-HRM:
- Must have
minimum 3 Years Bachelor’s degree
- Must have
minimum 50% marks of Bachelor’s degree, Class X and Class XII.
- Valid GMAT score for Foreign/NRI/PIO Applicants.
- Valid CAT score for Indian applicants.
For PGDM IB:
- Candidates
must have a 4 years Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must have
minimum 50% aggregate in Bachelor’s degree, Class X, and Class XII.

- During MDI Gurgaon placements 2021, students were offered an average salary package of Rs 23.15 LPA while the median salary stood at Rs 23 LPA

2021, the highest number of offers were made by IDFC First Bank, ICICI Bank and
Deloitte USI with 13 offers each. A total of 10 job offers were made by Airtel

The college has one of the largest Student Exchange program in the country. MDI Gurgaon has MoUs signed with 48 B-schools in countries like USA, Switzerland, Denmark, Australia, South Africa, Belgium, Japan, South Korea, Italy, Greece, Portugal and many more countries. This is supported by the number of students that go for an exchange program every year during the period of September to December, or the 5th trimester here at MDI. More than 1/3rd of the entire batch goes for the coveted exchange Program. Apart from this, MDI Gurgaon has signed MoU with CRPF academy for a certificate program in leadership & management. It is a part of basic training of CRPF directly appointed Gazetted officers. MDI Gurgaon has conducted an orientation on August 5, 2021, for the scholars of the fellowship program. There are 12 scholars in which 7 scholars are a part of the executive fellow program in management where 5 scholars join the fellow program in management.
